How to register your company and set up your first construction project.

Complete Company Registration
Go to the Registration page, fill in your company name, CIPC registration number, VAT number, and company address. Construction-OS is multi-tenant, so this creates a isolated workspace for your organisation.

Create Your First Project
From the Projects tab, click "New Project". Input the project name, select the contract form (JBCC PBA, JBCC Minor Works, NEC3, NEC4, FIDIC, or Custom), define the contract value, start date, and planned completion date.

Add Project Stakeholders
Invite and assign roles to users within your project: Principal Agents, Quantity Surveyors, Site Agents, Clients, and Funders. You can also specify CIDB and NHBRC compliance project numbers for SA compliance reporting.
Important Setup Tips
- Make sure to enter the contract value excluding VAT. Construction-OS automatically calculates the 15% VAT on payment certificates.
- Providing CIDB and NHBRC numbers is required if you plan to auto-generate government compliance reports.
